Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Coordinate the recovery fleet operations, ensuring efficient deployment and utilization of vehicles and drivers.
Monitor and track the location and status of recovery vehicles, ensuring they are properly equipped and maintained.
Manage the scheduling and dispatching of recovery vehicles, prioritizing emergency situations and coordinating with other departments.
Collect and analyze data on recovery operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards in recovery operations.
Train and mentor recovery fleet personnel, providing guidance and support for professional development.
