Property Manager

Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager on behalf of our client who is a leading global real estate services firm based out of Abu Dhabi.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and management of a diverse property portfolio ensuring high levels of tenant satisfaction operational efficiency and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Property Management:

o Oversee the daily operations of assigned properties ensuring all properties are wellmaintained and operating efficiently.

o Manage tenant relationships addressing inquiries complaints and requests promptly and professionally.

o Coordinate and supervise maintenance and repair activities ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

Financial Management:

o Prepare and manage property budgets ensuring financial objectives are met.

o Monitor and control property expenses approving expenditures and ensuring costeffective operations.

o Collect rent and manage arrears implementing collection strategies as needed.

Leasing and Marketing:

o Work with leasing teams to market vacant spaces and negotiate lease terms.

o Prepare lease agreements and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate.

o Conduct regular property inspections and ensure properties are ready for viewings.

Compliance and Reporting:

o Ensure compliance with all local regulations and company policies.

o Prepare and present regular reports on property performance including occupancy rates financial performance and maintenance activities.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of property management experience in the UAE real estate market is essential

Education: Bachelors degree in Real Estate Business Administration or a related field.

Skills: Strong organizational communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Knowledge: Indepth knowledge of local property laws regulations and market trends.
