Project Manager

Position Summary:

The Project Manager Solar will oversee the complete lifecycle of solar projects ensuring the seamless execution from design material supply and installation. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing solar projects endtoend with a strong focus on technical proficiency supply chain management and onsite execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning design and implementation of solar projects.
• Coordinate with engineering teams to develop detailed project plans and specifications.
• Oversee procurement processes to ensure timely and costeffective material supply.
• Manage project schedules resources and budgets to meet project goals.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards safety regulations and environmental policies.
• Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to determine optimal project parameters.
• Facilitate communication and coordination among stakeholders including clients contractors and suppliers.
• Monitor project progress and performance providing regular updates to senior management.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure project success.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the project team.

Required Knowledge:

• Indepth knowledge of solar PV systems and technologies.
• Understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
• Familiarity with procurement and supply chain processes.
• Awareness of industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Renewable Energy or a related field.
• Professional certification in Project Management (PMP or equivalent) is preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in managing solar projects with a proven track record in design material supply and installation (telecom experience preferred).
