- Craft and continuously refine the product vision, mission, and strategy alongside the team and key stakeholders, ensuring it aligns with our company’s goals
- Support the team in identifying, analyzing & addressing the largest points of friction in our standalone Order Platform and Vendor Availability domains
- Be co-accountable for the impact (value), roadmap, prioritization, and delivery of your teams
- Facilitate and enable successful adoption and integration of solutions delivered
- Define and track key success metrics of your products to track & improve their adoption
- Cultivate stakeholder relations (business stakeholders & other talabat tech teams)
- Effectively communicate across all organizational levels to facilitate alignment on the overall product direction.
What you need to be successful
The following experience is relevant to us:
- 2+ years of platform product management experience
- 2-3 years of software engineering experience and great understanding of the full SDLC with demonstrated experience understanding the challenges of engineering & designing solutions that solve their actual problems
- Great at analyzing frictions & selecting small-batch opportunities that delivered the desired impact (balancing discovery & implementation)
- Experienced in applying a data-informed approach to decision-making
- Comfortable operating within multiple work streams in a fast-paced environment (shortening feedback loops)
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and complexity
