Job Description
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design, specialising in branding, creative campaigns, marketing and digital design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Figma, and other design software.
- Exceptional portfolio showcasing a diverse range of high-calibre projects, demonstrating expertise in branding, campaign design and conceptual work.
- Strong skills in retouching and photo manipulation.
- Ability to think creatively, solve problems, and translate ideas into compelling visual designs.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain design concepts and decisions.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritise tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience working collaboratively in team environments and mentoring junior designers.
- Advanced understanding of typography, colour theory, layout, and composition, applying these principles expertly.
- Additional skills in Motion Design are highly advantageous.
- Illustration and sketching abilities are a plus.
- Knowledge of Product Design (UI and UX) would be highly desirable.
