Job Description
- Leadership Experience within the field of product design or user experience, ideally with a proven track record of successfully leading design teams and driving strategic initiatives.
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience in product design, user experience design, interaction design, or a related field.
- Previous experience working in the e-commerce or technology industry is highly desirable, as it provides insights into the unique challenges and opportunities within the digital product landscape.
- Demonstrated experience collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, marketing, and data analytics, to deliver impactful design solutions.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a history of successful design projects, including examples of innovative solutions, user-centered design approaches, and measurable impact on business goals.
- Experience in mentoring and developing design talent, as well as fostering a collaborative and inclusive team culture.
