Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers as they enter the store

- Provide product knowledge and information to customers

- Assist customers in making purchase decisions and offer recommendations

- Handle stock display and replenishment

- Contribute to achieving sales targets and goals

- Build and maintain customer relationships through excellent service and follow-up

- Proven 1 year of experience in a retail sales environment in airport is preferred

- Proven experience in speed selling, product story telling, and stock take experience.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment

- Strong customer service orientation and a positive attitude

- Basic understanding of cash handling and point of sale systems

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced retail environment

- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays

- Must always be presentable, attractive, smiling, and tidy.
