Job Description
- 2+ years of experience working directly with design systems
- Hands-on experience contributing to design systems libraries for enterprise products
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and creative problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of technical constraints and guidelines as they apply to designing for digital platforms, including web, iOS, and Android
- Awareness of inclusive design principles and best practices
- Advanced knowledge of Figma's design tool (auto-layouts, variants, constraints, etc.)
- Experience contributing to mature design systems, including component design and documentation
- The ability to work with front-end engineering teams for web, mobile, and back-office user interfaces
- Great visual UI skills
Nice to have
- Experience overseeing UI direction in a product family
- Experience in front-end/full-stack development (mobile, web, Figma plugins)
- Creative thinking skills to come up with ideas quickly
