- Develop and implement a workforce planning methodology for HCT that enables effective workforce planning and provides consistency across functions and campuses.
- Conduct a workforce planning exercise periodically in collaboration with all functions and campuses and in alignment with HCT’s strategic plan.
- Liaise with Finance to reflect the workforce plans in the financial planning of the institution while ensuring proper alignment and a considerable level of accuracy.
- Work on continuously enhancing the workforce planning process by looking into HCT’s policies, procedures and processes, workload, pain points, shift requirements, historical performance data and other indicators that show the need to increase or decrease workforce in specific functions or campuses.
- Lead the dialogue with functions and campuses to determine current and future talent needs.
- Identify and set workforce planning drivers and principles applicable across functions and campuses.
- Research leading practices in workforce planning to reflect them on HCT’s workforce planning methodology with the aim to continuously enhance the process.
- Connect with Recruitment to align the Emiratization targets with the workforce plans
- Develop guidelines, tools, and methods to be used by campus HR with the aim to enable consistency of the process across campuses.
- Collect and consolidate all workforce plans developed by campus HR and identify improvement opportunities, clarifications required and discrepancies if any.
- Incorporate campus workforce plans in overall HCT workforce plan and collaborate with Finance to estimate financial implications.
- Provide technical support to campus HR related to workforce planning as and when needed.
- Monitor achievement of workforce plans periodically and escalate deviations from plan.
- Monitor compliance with federal and governmental guidelines related to workforce planning.
- Identifies process and system improvement opportunities by monitoring existing metrics, analyzing data and partnering with internal teams to positively impact results in areas such as candidate throughput and driver quality.

Qualifications
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required e.g. Human Resources, Business Administration.
- Full English proficiency is required. Arabic is desirable.
- Intermediate computer literacy is required e.g. MS Office, MS Project, Banner.
