Manage end to end corporate recruitment process by driving talent acquisition team and external recruitment vendors to identifying candidates, conducting reference checks, and issuing employment contracts.
- Managing senior stakeholders and fulfilling the hiring responsibilities.
- Responsible for defining, developing and driving the group recruitment strategy.
- Conduct competitive research on market trends, gather candidate feedback and benchmark best practices using insights to improve processes in relation to recruiting and retention
