Key Responsibilities
Front Desk Operations: Greet members and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor, manage check-ins and check-outs, and handle inquiries both in person and over the phone.
Member Services: Provide information about gym services, class schedules, membership options, and promotional offers. Assist with membership sign-ups, renewals, and cancellations.
Customer Journey: Conduct tours of the gym for potential members, explaining all services, classes, and promotions in an engaging and efficient sales manner. Ensure visitors understand the benefits of membership and the variety of programs available.
