Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and repair commercial kitchen equipment in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform necessary repairs.
Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance of equipment.
Keep accurate records of service and repair work performed.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to identify equipment needs and provide recommendations for replacements or upgrades.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in commercial kitchen equipment.
Adhere to safety and sanitation regulations while working in the kitchen.
