They work across commercial, industrial, hospitality, and high-end multi-residential with the latter being a real key area of growth for the business at the moment.

The Role

This is a brilliant opportunity for an ambitious Junior Estimator with aspirations to fast track their career development with a leading commercial builder. You?ll join a team of three where you will assist on tenders up to c. $40M.

A day in the life of your role as Junior Estimator will include:

• Assisting with the preparation of initial estimates and assessment of tenders
• Uploading documents
• Building relationships with trades and suppliers
• Stakeholder liaison
