Responsibilities

About the role An exciting immediate start role with an industry-leading organisation currently exists in order to fill a key role in their team. This Commercial Contracts Administrator role will support the Head of Property & Development with all property acquisitions, disposals, leasing, compliance and regulatory matters to support the department. Initially this will be a short-term contract role, however there is the opportunity for extension. The responsibilities Your main duties will include; but are not limited to:

• Read through and analyse contract terms, interpreting as required
• Deliver end-to-end lease and property management services, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, contractual requirements, policies and processes
• Assist in various financial-related tasks, taking a proactive approach
• Provide assistance and guidance to both internal and external stakeholders as necessary
• Rent calculation and review, rent collection, and arrears recovery
