Job Description

  • Assist the Category Managers in developing the business plan of the category in line with the strategic objectives of Faces
  • Formulate and continuously monitor progress and alignment on the category.
  • Assist the production of the annual calendar for the brands promotions, launches, etc.
  • Takes ownership of gross margins & drives an optimal sub-category mix to influence growth.
  • Prepare regional monthly reports for major brands and groups about their performance at the store level and consolidated level, highlighting the following:
  • Monitor the achievement of partnership rebates.
  • To guide the financial analyst on reports on beauty retail competition at local and regional level on a regular basis.
  • Coordinate the splitting of the budget by brand or by category at the store level and translate the budget into basket KPIs.
  • Liaise with the marketing department on key figures for digital work and animation.

What You’ll Need To Succeed

  • 2-3 years’ experience in junior role in category management, handling data and reporting within the beauty industry
  • Retail Affinity & Understanding
  • Business & Commercial Acumen
  • Working with multi-brand and in a fast paced environmnet to adapt to business needs.
