Job Description

  • Government Legal Formalities and Administration:
  • Collaborate and support the Group Legal team and Government formalities team.
  • Assist in the stages of trade licenses, permits, and processes.
  • Help resolve ethics-related issues while adhering to Group and government policies.
  • Provide exceptional service to suppliers and internal/external customers.
  • Real Estate Legal:
  • Support the company’s expansion by assisting in selecting suitable retail locations.
  • Conduct market trend analysis, feasibility studies, and risk evaluations.
  • Negotiate favorable lease agreements and participate in due diligence.
  • Manage the property portfolio and ensure compliance with lease obligations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align real estate activities with business objectives.
  • UAE Country Management (Landing Rotation):
  • Manage UAE Country Stakeholders and establish productive commercial partnerships.
  • Collaborate closely with the stakeholder committee and Public Relations to facilitate business growth.
  • Build valuable connections through networking.
  • Engage with external stakeholders and understand their needs.
  • Coordinate event representation and cultivate relationships with key organizations and embassies.

What You’ll Need To Succeed

Degree: A degree in Business Administration, Management, Law, Real Estate, International Relations, or a related field.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to conduct detailed market analysis and feasibility studies.
  • Problem-Solving: Aptitude for resolving issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Negotiation: Skilled in negotiating agreements and fostering partnerships.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to various roles and responsibilities in different rotations.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
