Formulate and communicate Facility Management performance objectives and continuously monitor progress and alignment towards group strategic objectives
Review and support in the execution of the business plan for the Country FM in line with the strategic objectives of the department and the Group in general.
Review and work on defining and improving SLAs, and targeted KPIs.
Continuously look for areas of improvement and betterment initiatives to enhance the overall condition and processes for our facilities.
Operational
Manage and lead the country function team to ensure an efficient, productive, and motivated work environment.
Review and approve service agreements for Soft and Hard FM including Scope of work, SLAs, Terms & Conditions in addition to the commercial assessment.
Liaise and coordinate with Sustainability division to initiate, implement and ensure compliance with Sustainability standards guidelines and targets.
Liaise and Coordinate with HSSE to ensure compliance with the group’s policies and International and local Safety and Security standards.
Monitor and provide guidance and support to Service providers and contractors serving our facilities to ensure best quality and cost-efficient solutions are provided.
Oversee the commissioning of new facilities and handover process.
Review and analyse Asset Management Reports and Data including Asset Life Cycle reports, Spare parts inventory stock vs consumed.
Provide Dashboards and KPI monitoring tools for measuring technical performance and customer service.
Build, monitor and review Budget and control expenditures per facility.
Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for providing insights and align with management targets and guidelines.
People Management
Assign individual objectives for employee performance management purposes, manage performance, empower staff, and provide formal and informal feedback to support professional development and maximize performance
Build strong relations and trust with stakeholders including Mall management, Retail Managers, and the interdisciplinary support functions.
What You’ll Need To Succeed
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical).
Minimum experience of 5 years in a similar Facility management role.
fmp or cfm Certification is a plus.
High Leadership and Communication skills.
People person who can perform under pressure and deliver satisfying Customer experience.
Strong Contract Administration and negotiation skills
Financial knowledge to build, monitor and control the function’s Budget and P&L.
Familiar with Project Management and FM Consultancy at various stages of project.
