SME Cards project manager.
Design Phase:
- Defining & designing what the overall portfolio conversion strategy will look like
- Review current Conversion Strategy and Plan
- Support setting up a Project Governance
- Review Customer Segmentation
- Review Product mapping to key segments
- Conversion target performance numbers
2 Planning and conversion preparation:
- Building out the portfolio conversion strategy requirements
- Conversion Phasing Definition
- Customer Communications Plan
- Internal Training & Comms
- Workshops facilitation and reports
- Issues and risks tracking resolution and mitigation plans
