Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager with a strong background in interior design and proficiency in AutoCAD. In this role you will oversee all aspects of interior design projects from concept to completion ensuring seamless adherence to timelines and alignment with client expectations. You will collaborate with clients architects and contractors to deliver aesthetically pleasing functional spaces on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Lead and manage multiple interior design projects from inception to completion ensuring timely delivery and within budget constraints.
  
• Design Development: Collaborate with the design team to develop detailed design concepts layouts and drawings using AutoCAD.
  
• Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients understanding their vision needs and expectations and ensuring all design solutions meet those requirements.
  
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with architects contractors and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project .
  
• Resource Management: Manage resources including materials schedules and budgets while coordinating with suppliers and vendors.
  
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all design and construction work meets company standards and complies with local regulations and safety codes.
  
• Reporting: Provide regular updates and progress reports to clients and senior management.
  

Key Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor s degree in Interior Design Architecture or a related field.
  
• Experience: 5 years of experience in interior design project management with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
  
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential. Knowledge of other design software (e.g. SketchUp Revit) is a plus.
  
• Project Management: Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience in clientfacing roles.
  
• ProblemSolving: Ability to foresee potential challenges and proactively develop solutions.
  
• Attention to Detail: Strong eye for design detail and a commitment to delivering highquality work.
