Experience operating as strategic partners for Executive leaders, defining and delivering diversity strategies with significant business impact and executing on tactics.
Previous work that focuses on efforts that solve large, significantly complex, and/or highly confidential problems to surface proposals grounded in subject matter expertise and internal/external research.
3+ years’ experience working in an HR or business function, preferably in Middle East, Africa and/or Latin America

2+ years of relevant DEI experience
Experience in enabling and embedding world class projects across multiple businesses.
Experience and credibility as a leader in an environment where the ability to influence, work across a complex matrix, and build relationships is critical.
Strong organizational skills, successful collaboration with colleagues, and a strong results orientation.
Ability to identify and surfaces risks/opportunities in org-level strategies and makes trade-offs: business opportunity vs. resources vs. sustainability.
A driven, results-oriented and resourceful leader who is capable of quickly taking control of their responsibilities and establishing themselves as a credible strategic partner.
A highly effective written communicator with the ability to clearly and concisely ideas, concepts, and proposals to engage team, peers, and leaders.
