You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailProvide Directions to Valet Drivers actively park and retrieve cars as well as perform all other duties assigned.
Support in training Valet Drivers on expected high level of Guest service Personal etiquette customer interaction.
Communicate customer concerns and complaints to the immediate Supervisor/Line Manager and help resolve issues.
Provide information about the location events in progress incidents accidents to the immediate Supervisor/Line Manager & take suitable action/ precaution if necessary.
Supports in responding to discrepancies involving parking attendants and guests such as guest lost items/tickets minor scratches etc.
Assist and make recommendations for the improvement in the Operations on the respective work locations
Support in inspecting and maintaining all parking operations equipment in all areas coordinate replacements or repairs when necessary and communicates to the immediate Supervisor/Line Manager.
Support in monitoring and participate in daily briefing Grooming inspection maintenance check of all required operational equipment then report any replenishment/ replacement/ damage and/or malfunctioning equipment.
Support in maintaining daily log for significant incidents comments or complaints.
Perform station controlling function if required.
Perform related duties as assigned by the immediate Supervisor/Line Manager
To make sure all Valet drivers are following their job description/ SOP s and performing their duties as per requirement
Be willing to work on day/night shifts and on several locations within your duty hours in addition to contributing with extra hours when required for special events/ exigencies/ Operational requirement
Give feedback and updates to waiting guests if any delay occurs while receiving or Delivery of vehicles.
Make sure valet team workplace (Podium/control room / parking / lobby / drive way etc.) area is clean and tidy always.
Listen resolve Staff grievances queries requests without fail & keep the immediate Supervisor/Line Manager posted. Unresolved queries grievances are to be escalated to HR & Sr. Management
Coach Mentor Counsel employees & ensure Staff retention is maximized thereby causing decrease in attrition
Qualification:
High School Certificate
Experience:
Minimum 1 year of experience
UAE Driving License No. 3 mandatory
Able to drive automatic and manual vehicles
Skills:
Leadership delegation and Team management skills
Ability to read write simple English (ticket details: car type color number) and verbally comprehend simple instructions & communication in English
Behavioral Competencies:
An active alive and alert person with a good positive attitude and time management skills
Pleasant personality with a neat appearance
