Drive the talent management process, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, succession planning, and employee development.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement, culture, and retention.
Conduct regular HR audits to identify areas of improvement and implement necessary changes.
Collaborate with the HR team to develop and deliver training programs for managers and employees.
Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations issues, ensuring a fair and consistent approach.
Use data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives and make informed decisions.
Stay updated on HR trends and best practices within the technology industry.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. A Master's degree or HR certification (such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) is preferred.
Minimum of 7 years of experience as an HR Manager, HR Supervisor or HR Business Partner in the technology industry.
Proven experience in Human Resource management, including workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, succession planning, and employee development, benefits administration etc.
Excellent knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and align HR strategies with business objectives.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
Proficient in HRIS and other HR technology tools.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision making.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
