Oliver Wyman is now looking to hire a Senior Knowledge Manager Government and Public Institutions (GPI) to join our Dubai office.

The Knowledge Management team at Oliver Wyman are an integral business function truly embedded in the industries capabilities and platforms ensuring we harness the best of our expertise as a firm globally.
As a Knowledge Manager at Oliver Wyman you will be involved in setting the strategy and executing best inclass knowledge management. You will take a key role with crosspractice collaboration across the knowledge management team ensuring a seamless flow of information globally. You will proactively manage the synthesis and codification of our intellectual capital and act as the lynchpin connecting people to the experts expertise and insights efficiently. You will manage the capture classification storage and dissemination of Oliver Wyman Government and Public Institutions (GPI) knowledge base and will work on ensuring our knowledge platform is kept well maintained strategically looking for ways to increase usage and footfall. You will be a key point of contact for the practice as they look to identify leading OW experts and credentials in support of business development activities. In addition you will proactively manage the content landscape within GPI managing content gaps and hot topics.
Our Government and Public Institutions (GPI) team are looking for an experienced knowledge management professional to join them in an exciting role. This role reports directly to the EIMEA Head of Knowledge Management in London working closely with our GPI Knowledge Manager based in Warsaw and our GPI Knowledge Analyst based in Dubai. In addition the role will be supported by our Process Coordinator team in Warsaw. This role will have a high level of direct interaction within our wider Knowledge Management community our Support Professional community (including Marketing Business Impact Team etc.) and close interaction and support of the GPI practice area.
This position will be based in the Middle East but the role has both global and local dimensions and responsibilities.
Attributes and Experience

Youll have at least 5 years experience in knowledge management research or business development within the Government and Public Institutions sector
Intellectual curiosity in exploring a various range of topics pertinent to the public sector clients
Understanding of ME public sector challenges and major transformation trends/Understanding of roles of different ME government entities and bodies/committees
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both formal and informal settings
Fluent in English is essential. Arabic fluency not essential but helpful
An undergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic program with a strong GPA
Know how to take the initiative seeking out opportunities to learn new skills and put the ones youve already got to good use
Strong and proactive client service mindset
Aptitude and analytical skills to tackle complex challenges
Ability to multitask prioritize responsibilities and thrive in a fastpaced environment
A willingness to work fluidly and respectfully with our incredibly talented team
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel PPT Outlook Teams ShP as an advantage)
