Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Business Development Manager to join this high-growth fintech powerhouse. The ideal candidate will bring a proven portfolio of Introducing Brokers (IBs) affiliates or institutional partners and play a pivotal role in accelerating client acquisition and revenue expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage Your Network: Bring your existing IB affiliate or institutional portfolio to unlock immediate and long-term revenue streams for the business.
- New Business Acquisition: Identify target and onboard new partners across global markets including brokers fund managers fintech platforms and wealth firms.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain high-value relationships ensuring consistent partner satisfaction performance and loyalty.
- Revenue Generation: Drive commercial success through sales targets commission structures and scalable business growth strategies.
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of global market movements competitor activity and regulatory changes to inform proactive sales initiatives.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing operations and compliance to support seamless onboarding and ensure optimal partner experience.
- Reporting & Analysis: Deliver regular pipeline updates revenue forecasts and KPI tracking to senior leadership.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience in business development or institutional sales in the Forex CFD crypto or fintech sectors.
- Demonstrated success in onboarding IBs affiliates or institutional partners.
- Strong network in EU MENA LATAM or APAC regions is highly advantageous.
- Deep understanding of trading platforms multi-asset products and compliance frameworks.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Self-motivated entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for global financial markets.
