Roles & Responsibilities
Job Title: Salesforce Techno Functional Consultant
Educational Qualification and Certificates: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Salesforce administrator, PD1, Sales cloud, Service cloud. (must have at least 2 certificates)
Job Purpose: We are looking for someone with 6 years plus of Salesforce development across Sales, Service, Community Clouds who would be assisting in the implementation/ enhancements and support of Salesforce modules and responsible for the maintenance of Salesforce applications. Role and Responsibilities: Maintain and customize CRM Sales, Service and Sales Cloud implementations. Interact with business users to conduct needs assessment study, prepare scope of works, and functional specification document
