Assistant Purchaser Officer

Key Responsibilities: Assist in managing procurement activities through ERP systems. Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of materials. Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data. Collaborate with project managers and site teams to understand material requirements and timelines. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Monitor inventory levels and forecast procurement needs to avoid shortages or excess stock.
