We are looking for a Purchase InCharge to oversee the procurement of food beverages and other supplies for our clients restaurant. The ideal candidate will have experience in F&B purchasing vendor management and cost control ensuring highquality ingredients and materials are sourced efficiently while maintaining budgetary targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and establish relationships with reliable suppliers and vendors.
- Negotiate pricing and contracts to ensure costeffectiveness.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment.
- Monitor market trends pricing fluctuations and availability of key ingredients.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and management team to align purchases with operational needs.
- Track and analyze purchasing data to optimize costs and reduce waste.
- Process purchase orders invoices and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in purchasing/procurement within a restaurant hospitality or F&B environment.
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and inventory management.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with procurement software or systems is a plus.
