Job Description
- Prepares and delivers reports to operational leadership outlining progress toward meeting annual goals and objectives, including performance related to finance, clinical practice, quality, safety, marketing, and human resources.
- Develops Magnet® dashboards and shares them with CNO and Nursing Leadership Team on a monthly basis.
- Seeks experiences to advance one's professional skills and knowledge.
- Remains up-to-date on best practices and incorporates them into Magnet® and Nursing Excellence practices and programs.
- Oversees and works with teams for audit recommendations and is accountable for audit results and improvements
- Facilitates reporting of incidents occurring within the organization by proper coordination and facilitating corrective action taken.
- Evaluates one’s own nursing practice in relation to professional practice standards and guidelines, relevant statutes, rules, and regulations.
- Create awareness of regulatory requirements and monitor compliance.
- Reports incidents as appropriate that affect patient and staff safety.
