Our hotel, part of the Accor hotel chain, features 314 rooms, a breakfast restaurant, and a cool game room. Centrally located between Amsterdam Buitenveldert and Amstelveen Stadshart, we are the ideal base to explore Amsterdam and the surrounding area. You can easily reach us by tram (which stops in front of the hotel!), bicycle, or enjoy free parking for your car.
**A day in the life of a Front Office Receptionist:**
- Be the first and last point of contact for our guests, ensuring a smooth check-in/out process for all.
- Keep the Front Office Supervisor fully aware of any relevant feedback from guests and other departments.
- Answer all guest inquiries and questions.
- Prepare the arrivals of the day and assist your colleagues with tasks.
