**A day in the life of a Front Office Receptionist:**

• Be the first and last point of contact for our guests, ensuring a smooth check-in/out process for all.
• Keep the Front Office Supervisor fully aware of any relevant feedback from guests and other departments.
• Answer all guest inquiries and questions.
• Prepare the arrivals of the day and assist your colleagues with tasks.
