Seeking skilled Welders to join our team, responsible for welding custom parts using sheet metal and stainless steel. The role supports critical industries such as medical, automotive, and oil and gas. Tasks include robotic welding, repairing welds to meet specific client requirements, and using precision measuring tools like calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure quality.

Hard Skills

• MIG welding (1-3+ years)
• Blueprint reading
• Proficient with calipers, micrometers, and gauges

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 90 Hour(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Work Environment

Multiple shift options available with premium pay rates. 1st shift: 6am-2:30pm. 2nd shift options: 1pm-12:30pm or 3pm-1am (Monday-Thursday) with $1 premium. Weekend shift: 5am-5:30pm (Friday-Sunday, work 36 hours get paid for 40) with $2 premium.
