Develop and manage all executive communications preparedness programs, including but not limited to media coaching and speaker training.
Execute these plans to the successful realization of the executive communications strategy goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Build and manage a network of coaches and trainers to support executives and deliver these programs, including but not limited to coaching agencies, media training agencies, and contracts.
Track and assess the effectiveness of the coaches, trainers, and the training and coaching programs, along with pairing executives with appropriate coaches.
Develop wider senior management coaching and training programs, in line with the executive communication strategy, to increase the impact, reach, and presence of mid-level executives.
Manage archives of executive engagements, including but not limited to panels, interviews, speeches, earnings calls, etc.
Develop Impact Profiles for each executive, in alignment with the Planning and Strategy team and the strategic objectives of each executive.
Support and manage bespoke and ad-hoc coaching and training for executives.
Liaise with executives and their offices to ensure appropriate coaching support is received and adjust as required.
Build and manage the team to support these activities and the growing needs of executive preparedness.
