Operation Technician

Job Description

Join our dynamic team as an Integration Technician, where you will conduct crucial tests on electrical and electronic components and systems to ensure they align with specified standards and performance criteria. Your role will involve executing existing electronics test plans and test cases to verify system conformance with customer requirements while confirming quality and reliability. You will set up and operate test equipment, record data, analyze results, and identify issues, recommending corrective actions. You'll also be responsible for documenting test procedures and results, performing light hardware assembly, and collaborating with engineering teams to enhance test processes and product quality. Additional responsibilities include hardware preparation, pre-ship procedures, regression testing, backup verification, and managing network and resource inventories. You will play a key role in continuous improvement processes within the team to enhance overall procedures.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Silver Spring, Maryland.

Work Environment

You'll be part of a smaller team in an office of 30 people, which is a mix of engineering and production areas.
