Job Description:
As our IT Specialist with Digital Marketing Experience you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our digital presence and optimizing our technological infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and maintaining our IT systems including hardware software networks and databases.
• Developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns to promote our listings and services.
• Utilizing SEO SEM email marketing and social media strategies to drive traffic and generate leads.
• Analyzing data and metrics to evaluate campaign performance and optimize strategies.
• Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to integrate IT solutions with marketing initiatives.
• Providing technical support and training to staff on IT systems and digital tools.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology Marketing or a related field.
• Proven experience in IT support and digital marketing within the real estate industry.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics CRM systems and content management systems.
• Proficiency in SEO/SEM social media advertising and email marketing campaigns.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
