Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes
Work with department managers to set quality standards in their area of business
Ensure procedures are written, maintained, and updated in accordance with the business quality management system including document control number & format etc
To conduct quality compliance audits across all business units across the MENA region and ensure adequate reports are provided to the Head of department
Create, implement, and review specifications for products or processes
Ensure standards are compliant with local laws and food safety standards
Work with departments across the business to create detailed training plans and manuals for quality standards to be met
Requirements
Strong communication skills in English
Organized and strong drive for results
Good strategy formulation and implementation skills
Strong customer understanding
Time management
Diploma or BSc Graduate in relevant field is an advantage
