Job Description
- Establish and implement strong project governance frameworks.
- Engage stakeholders to define and document project requirements.
- Collaborate on pre-concept design activities.
- Align project scope, objectives, costs, and timelines with relevant teams.
- Drive necessary project approvals and ensure thorough documentation.
- Serve as the primary contact for project delivery and stakeholder management.
- Execute projects under governance standards.
- Oversee a small program of projects and manage project delivery at all stages.
- Develop and finalize the Project Management Plan with key stakeholders.
- Facilitate design activities and collaborate with external suppliers.
- Coordinate procurement and manage contract execution.
- Oversee on-site physical works, ensuring alignment with all stakeholders.
- Provide comprehensive project reporting on cost, schedule, and risks.
- Manage the handover of projects to operational teams.
- Ensure compliance with governance post-go-live.
- Conduct lessons learned sessions and support benefit realization.
- Foster strong client-focused relationships at the project level.
- Coordinate resources to ensure optimal project execution.
- Motivate project team members to achieve objectives.
- Communicate and report effectively across the organization.
- Ensure adherence to all governance processes in project delivery.
- Conduct project reporting under governance standards.
