Daily review and management of MT940 statements for all accounts. Identify missing statements, follow up with banks, vendors, or operating entities to ensure availability.
Maintain accurate payment authorizers, bank configurations, mandates, and integration setups. Oversee changes in bank accounts and approval hierarchies in alignment with bank and ERP applications.
Serve as the primary contact for issues related to SFTP, Swift, and H2H setups. Coordinate with IT, banks, or TMS partners to resolve middleware issues.
Conduct quarterly reconciliation of authorized signatories and dealer mandates. Ensure mandates are up-to-date and accurately reflected in bank records.
Manage in-house rollouts, enhancements, user training, and integration requirements. Provide support on ad hoc projects and reporting needs.
Regularly monitor and identify improvement areas in Treasury operations. Implement fraud prevention setups and additional validation checks for unusual business scenarios.
Regularly review MT940 statement interfaces, identifying and addressing any discrepancies or issues with operating entities and banks.
Coordinate with Finance to ensure smooth accounting for bank reconciliations and financial transactions like loans, stock, and deposits at month-end.
Handle user administration tasks including setting up new verticals/entities/banks and maintaining accurate user profiles and permissions.
