Job Description

Develop implement and maintain quality control processes and procedures.

Conduct regular inspections and tests on mechanical components and systems.

Ensure compliance with industry standards codes and regulations.

Lead and manage a team of quality control inspectors and engineers.

Provide training and development opportunities to QC staff.

Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.

Maintain accurate and detailed records of inspections tests and quality audits.

Prepare and submit quality control reports to senior management.

Ensure proper documentation of nonconformances and corrective actions.

Work closely with project managers engineers and other departments to ensure quality standards are met.

Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders regarding quality issues and resolutions.

Participate in project meetings and provide input on qualityrelated matters.

Identify areas for improvement in the quality control process and implement corrective actions.

Conduct root cause analysis of defects and implement preventive measures.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in quality control techniques.

Ensure adherence to company policies procedures and safety standards.

Conduct internal quality audits and participate in external audits.

Address audit findings and implement necessary corrective actions.
