Job Description
**Location:** UAE
**Experience Required:** 10 years in switchgear work
**Driving License:** Mandatory
#### Responsibilities:
**Busbar Modification Works:** Perform and supervise busbar modification tasks.
**Fabrication of PCC and MCCs:** Oversee and carry out the fabrication process of Power Control Centers (PCC) and Motor Control Centers (MCC).
**DB Fabrication and Dressing:** Responsible for distribution board (DB) fabrication and wiring organization.
**Control Wiring Knowledge:** Utilize extensive control wiring knowledge for installations and troubleshooting.
**Switchboards and Power Distribution Systems:** Work with switchboards molded case circuit breakers (MCCBs) air circuit breakers (ACBs) and other power distribution systems.
**Regulatory Compliance:** Ensure all works comply with local and international regulations.
**Inspection and Recommendations:** Inspect switchgear installations and recommend corrective measures as needed.
**Power Systems Understanding:** Deep understanding of power systems to troubleshoot electrical systems effectively.
**Team Leadership:** Lead and guide a team of technicians ensuring high performance and adherence to safety standards.
**Communication:** Good working knowledge of the English language.
**Safety and Competency:** Preference given to candidates with safety and competency certifications.
**Learning and Adaptability:** Willing to learn on the go and contribute to various electrical testing services provided by the company.
#### Qualifications:
**Experience:** Minimum 10 years of experience in the UAE with switchgear systems.
**Driving License:** Valid UAE driving license.
**Technical Skills:** Extensive knowledge and handson experience with busbar modification PCC and MCC fabrication DB fabrication and dressing control wiring switchboards MCCBs ACBs and power distribution systems.
**Regulatory Knowledge:** Familiarity with local and international electrical regulations.
**Troubleshooting:** Strong ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical systems.
**Leadership:** Proven ability to lead a team and work collaboratively.
**Language:** Proficiency in English.
**Certifications:** Safety and competency certifications are preferred.
**Learning and Adaptability:** Demonstrated willingness to learn on the go and adapt to new challenges.
