Job Description
Duties and responsibilities:
Monitoring the use of resources in line with organisational procedures and plans.
Regularly reviewing procedures, working with teams to identify improvements and simplify processes.
Invest time to generate a common focus and genuine team spirit.
Setting clear objectives so staff are clear about expected levels of performance and tackling poor performance.
Carrying out regular face-to-face performance reviews giving honest, constructive feedback.
