Job Description
- Oversee end-to-end partner relationships, entailing strategic planning, revenue growth targets, and all operations necessary for profitably, retention, growth, and customer service.
- Deliver assistance in customer acquisition, conversion, and retention targets.
- Manage joint events/sponsorships and partner communications, whilst developing joint collateral strategically.
- Assist in sourcing leads, prospecting, presentations, offers, and securing final agreements.
- Aid in formulation of local marketing plans, such as ATL, BTL, CRM, and digital media.
- Expedite potential revenue and devised world-class 'go-to' market strategies with partners.
- Known as Subject Matter Expert in market for comprehension of market competition, identifying new revenue, and adding value-based opportunities.
- Maximize number of members using cards via seamless promotions, marketing, and media plans.
- Improve strategic partnership by liaising with partner reps and facilitating development of new alliances.
