Job Description
Key Role and Responsibilities of Project Proposal Lead
Lead and coordinate the tender/RFP (Request for Proposal) process from initiation to submission ensuring a streamlined and efficient approach.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to compile necessary information for proposal development fostering a collaborative environment.
Establish and adhere to project timelines guaranteeing that all deadlines are met to maintain project efficiency and reliability.
Vendor and Partner Engagement
Proactively reach out to potential vendors or partners after conducting thorough research to understand their offerings and evaluate alignment with tender requirements.
Lead negotiations and discussions to clarify terms expectations and capabilities ensuring mutual understanding and alignment with project objectives.
Finalize and close partnerships managing all necessary documentation and agreements to formalize collaborations while ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.
Maintain ongoing communication with vendors and partners to manage relationships resolve issues and explore opportunities for future collaboration enhancing the value and sustainability of partnerships.
Proposal Development:
Craft clear concise and compelling proposals in response to tenders and RFPs ensuring content is persuasive and wellstructured.
Utilize PowerPoint to create visually appealing presentations that complement and enhance proposal narratives.
Align proposals with the companys branding and strategic messaging highlighting competitive advantages to distinguish our offerings. Visual Data and Research
Employ visual data tools to simplify complex information making it accessible and engaging for the audience.
Conduct comprehensive research to gather market intelligence and pertinent data enriching proposal content and insights.
Work closely with the marketing team to integrate visual elements into proposals enhancing their overall impact.
Quality Assurance
Review and refine proposal content for accuracy coherence and compliance with guidelines ensuring highquality submissions.
Implement a robust quality assurance process to elevate the professionalism and credibility of our proposals.
Stakeholder Engagement
Engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders to consolidate necessary information promoting transparency and collaboration.
Partner with subject matter experts to ensure proposals reflect technical precision and industry expertise.
