Digital Solution Architect

• Architectural Design: Design end-to-end digital solutions that meet business requirements and align with architectural standards.
• Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the solution lifecycle.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders (internal and external) to understand their requirements and ensure solutions meet their needs.
• Solution Development: Oversee the development and implementation of digital solutions, ensuring adherence to architectural best practices and standards.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate technical risks associated with digital solutions.
• Technology Evaluation: Evaluate emerging technologies and provide recommendations for adoption to enhance digital capabilities.
• Documentation: Create and maintain architecture documentation, diagrams, and technical specifications.
  

Requirements

• Proven experience (10+ years) as a Digital Solution Architect or in a similar role within the Real Estate industry.
• Proficiency with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Experience with cloud-native technologies, microservices architecture, and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, and OpneShift).
• Strong knowledge of OpenShift Container Platform for managing container-based applications and their dependencies on various computing platforms, such as bare metal, virtualized, on-premise, and in the cloud.
• Strong knowledge in developing rich web applications in Front-End and Back-End with the latest tech stack using React, Node JS, Express JS, Redux, Node Package Manager and Cloud App Services.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and tools to determine their potential impact and applicability to the organization's goals.
• Deep understanding of digital technologies, including cloud computing, APIs, microservices, and data analytics.
• Strong knowledge of architecture frameworks and methodologies (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman).
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and CI/CD pipeline using DevOps.
• Lead the implementation and integration of cloud solutions, ensuring seamless deployment and operation.
• Review and approve cloud design documents, configurations, and other technical deliverables to ensure best practices and standards adherence.
• Strong knowledge of Express JS and Node JS apis.
• Experience providing REST/SOAP APIs for user interface consumption
• Comfort with and understanding of version control, continuous DevOps integration, and deployment tools
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; effectively communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead cross-functional teams.
