Job Description
- Develop and present architectural concepts for hospitality projects.
- Conduct research and site analysis to inform design decisions.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to refine concepts.
- Incorporate sustainable and energy-efficient design principles.
- Ensure compliance with local codes and hospitality standards.
- Lead concept design phase, managing timelines and budgets.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s in Architecture; Master’s preferred.
- Experience: 8-10 years in hospitality design, especially luxury projects.
- Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit; strong design, communication, and project management skills.
