Roles & Responsibilities
1. Responsible for Management system implementation and Internal quality of respective departments
2. Developing and maintaining quality management documentation and records.
3. Addressing and resolving quality-related issues and non-conformities.
4. Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the branch's overall quality performance.
5. Responsible and supporting all accreditation / Regulatory audits
6. Responsible for gathering and verifying all necessary information to validate the complaint or appeal. Handle customer complaint, Incidents and take necessary corrective actions.
7. Be familiar with Impartiality, Business risk procedure, risk matrix and proper implementation in operations.
