Job Description

  • Handson Functional and Configuration experience with Oracle HCM Payroll (Must have)
  • Minimum 34 implementations of functional HCM with Payroll Fast Formula.
  • Defining and Documenting business requirements Setups and AIM methodology
  • Reviewing all Geography specific business processes pertaining to Payroll as an SME
  • Upgrade experience preferred
  • Ability to work on all phases of the Project Initiation Fit/Gap Analysis Configuration testing and Support
  • Business Knowledge Setup and Configurations required

Payroll System level understanding Data Locks Voids and reversal QuickPay viewing results and Printing Pay slips Employee Assignments Payroll Actions employee balance conversion Prepayments Cheque/Cheque Writer Voids Manual Payments Retro Pay Advance Pay Exception Payments Reconciliation Retries Reversals Rollbacks Costing Element
