ASSOCIATE BENCHMARKING

• Analysis/benchmarking of consultant tenders (Single sourced or Competitive tender) and variations
• Analysis/benchmarking of all consultancy fees packages (pre & post contract), including professional staff rates, studies, surveys.
• Establishing, maintaining and updating the cost database (unit rates, functional rates etc) and the associated dashboards (Consultants, Staff rates, discipline-wise professional fees, specialist services, construction cost elemental summary etc.)
• Support in the preparation or review needed for Rough Order magnitude (ROM) costings Conducting review of cost estimates and cost plans at various design stages.
• Evaluation of costs associated with various studies / activation of provisional sums.
• Monitoring and documenting cost changes in construction commodities and tender price index.
• Develop contact list of consultants, subconsultants, specialists etc. for the purposes of pricing enquiries to obtain current market rates as and when required

YOE / QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS

RELATED YEARS OF EXPERIENCE

Min of 10+ years of experience in quantity surveying / cost management (‘Master developer’ experience), specifically managing large projects valued over AED 500 million
