Formulate strategies, business development plans, and programs spanning the UAE to facilitate the attainment of AOP targets for all market corridors, with a particular emphasis on the Philippine market
Expand the existing product portfolio and create new, relevant products to bolster growth across the various market corridors
Work in collaboration with the Marketing team and other relevant stakeholders to execute all plans and programs effectively, including on-ground activation across all market corridors
Provide support to other business verticals, such as B2B, WPS, Cards, Alfapay, and the partnership team, to drive business growth
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
5+ years' of industry-related business development experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong knowledge of successful marketing strategies
