Information Technology Project Coordinator

• Validate project scope and objective with relevant stake holders and ensure technical feasibility
• Coordinate with internal resources and third parties/vendors/partners for the flawless execution of projects
• Develop a detailed project plan as per the project scope and track and monitor progress till closure
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques & Project management tools.
• Initiates, plans & manages complex business initiatives throughout the entire project lifecycle using diverse cross-functional project teams that include personnel from services provider partners.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, manuals for all projects
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Documents and tracks project changes, risks, and issues through resolution
• Works with subject matter experts to document user acceptance test plans and coordinates the execution of user acceptance testing.
• Communicates changes to requirements and projects to all stakeholders
• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
• Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other stake holders.
• Supports cross‐functional project teams consisting of application development, IT operations, and information security teams.
• Regularly meets with stakeholders to identify and document business, functional, and technical requirements
• Manage the relationship with the third parties and all stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in IT will be highly desired
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in IT project management industry is essential
• PMP certification / PRINCE2 is highly desired
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Tools other project management tools
• Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-in exp. in software development and web technologies.
• Strong interpersonal and client facing communications skills
• Ability to translate conceptual requirements into business and functional requirements
• Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements
• Experience managing projects across development life-cycles (analysis through implementation)
• Track record of successfully managing multiple projects of varying scope, size, and complexity
