Job Description

  • Oversee import/export operations and documentation.
  • Coordinate with logistics partners for timely deliveries.
  • Reconcile corporate/hotel deals and payments daily.
  • Consolidate financial data accurately.
  • Manage currency positions and mitigate financial risks.
  • Manage departmental funds and customer payments.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial transactions.
  • Perform data analysis, generate reports, and prepare presentations.
  • Respond to various data requests.
  • Assist in onboarding new customers and ensure KYC compliance.
  • Collaborate with departments to address needs and facilitate communication.
  • Arrange and coordinate customer meetings and calls.
  • Maintain effective communication and follow-up with customers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in operations management within the FinTech industry or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of financial services operations, including transaction processing, customer support, CRM, compliance, and risk management.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify operational inefficiencies and implement effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks relevant to the financial services industry.
